Integration Fees

XMG Fintech does not charge integration fees. The Pecu Wallet SDK, which enables advanced XMG Token functionality, is provided at no cost to approved institutions, fintech companies, and merchants. Any secure ERC‑20 compliant wallet infrastructure may also be used for any future transfers.

Issuer‑keyed variants of XMG Tokens initially require the Pecu Wallet infrastructure, where issuer keys are provisioned to approved institutions.

Transaction Fees

XMG Fintech does not charge transaction fees. All Pecu Novus blockchain costs are fully absorbed by HootDex to ensure predictable, congestion‑free settlement, resulting in a simple, low 0.0025 (0.25%) transaction fee for all users, supported by PNP16 high‑fidelity data and ERC‑20 interoperability.

XMG Member Accounts

XMG Member Accounts are dedicated to issuer‑keyed XMG Tokens and are available only to verified and approved institutions, issuers, merchants and exchanges that meet our criteria, with issuer‑keyed security ensuring full control and traceability.

XMG Institutional Members using the primary USXM stablecoin receive redemption privileges aligned with policy and all applications are accepted or declined at XMG’s sole discretion under transparent, institution‑level fee structures.

Tokenization Fees

Approved institutions are not charged a fee to mint issuer‑keyed XMG Tokens. However, all issuer‑keyed tokens must be fully collateralized with PECU coins placed into the Digital Asset Treasury for that specific issuer‑keyed XMG Token.

These PECU coins may be acquired on the open market or through a negotiated OTC transaction, ensuring transparent, verifiable backing for every token through issuer‑keyed architecture and high‑fidelity collateral data.

OTC Acquisition Fees

OTC Acquisitions require an initial minimum threshold of $250,000, which represents the mandatory collateralization amount for creating a new XMG Token variant such as USXM. Institutions must acquire $250,000 in PECU coins to collateralize the variant for the Digital Asset Treasury they would hold for the issuance.

XMG Fintech does not charge a fee to acquire PECU coins through approved OTC channels and there is no fee to create the corresponding XMG Token variant.

All PECU coins used for collateralization may be sourced via open‑market purchases or negotiated OTC transactions, ensuring transparent, verifiable backing for each issuer‑keyed XMG Token.

Redemptions are available exclusively to Institutional Members who have acquired their XMG Tokens directly from XMG Fintech and not obtained through secondary markets or third‑party sources.

Verification Fee

The verification fee is 125 USXM Tokens, this amount is non-refundable but can be part of your redemption. The verification fee is intended to preserve the integrity of the network. The fee also helps offset a portion of the incurred costs from the verification process and issuance of XMG Tokens. XMG Fintech at it’s sole discretion has the ability to approve or decline member accounts. By submitting a verification request you agree that the 125 USXM token deposit is non-refundable. Please read carefully here before moving forward.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

XMG Fintech does not provide direct wallet functionality; it utilizes the Pecu Wallet exclusively for XMG Token issuance. All XMG Tokens are ERC‑20 and PNP16 compliant, allowing them to be held in any ERC‑20 or PNP16 compliant wallet that supports them. If additional blockchain networks are incorporated into future XMG Token offerings, compatible wallets for those networks will be listed for convenience.

Members must exercise extreme caution when transferring XMG Tokens for deposit. In the event of a member‑initiated error, XMG Fintech may, at its sole discretion, attempt to assist with recovery efforts, although recovery is not guaranteed.

Withdrawal requests for digital assets held by XMG Fintech undergo thorough review and are available exclusively to institutional‑level and exchange‑level members. All withdrawal approvals or rejections are made at XMG’s sole discretion, and approved withdrawals may require several days to complete.

XMG Payment Portal Fees

XMG Fintech does not charge a fee for the utilization of the XMG Payment Portal, any and all fees are directly received by the merchant automatically. There are no hidden fees at all, approved merchants will enjoy the benefits of the XMG Payment Portal usage without fees imposed by XMG Fintech. The XMG Payment Portal is not a money transmitter, it is a tool which allows Merchants to utilize and transact in USXM tokens, PECU coins and other XMG tokens.
